One-on-one counseling sessions will be conducted at TCC – Portsmouth Campus on Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

You will have an opportunity to speak with a friendly and skilled staff member from the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity who will provide on-site technical assistance sessions to help you grow your business and connect to resources in Virginia.
