Event Details
At this session, we will explore the topic of generational recruiting. It is necessary to understand the current demographics that make up the workforce and how we can expect these demographics to change in the future. By building our recruitment strategy with techniques that will appeal to Traditionalist, Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials we will have a progressive, inclusive workforce ready to lead our companies forward. Additionally, we will consider successful retention after recruitment as generational differences can have an impact on turnover and training strategies. Mary Wagner with AtWork will lead this session.
Advanced registration is required.
