In today’s world, paying your bills on time is not enough to ensure a strong financial future. Identity theft continues to be the fastest-growing crime in America and affects approximately 9-10 million consumers every year. In addition to identity theft, the Federal Trade Commission reports that 20% of American consumers have a significant error in their credit report that has resulted in a lower credit score. This session will provide information on how credit scores are determined, as well as methods and services that are available to protect consumers and businesses.
